PM REGIONAL OVERVIEW: New WNW energy joins old/fading WNW swell, and small SW swell this afternoon. Conditions are mostly clean with fun surf on tap at the better WNW spots in far N county. Size for much of the region is in the ankle-waist high zone as top spots are pulling in some occasional waist-chest high peaks.
